Saturday and Sunday at 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm Executive Chef, Mickel R.
Plaud will be providing a cooking class to teach you which wines go
with which foods. LIMITED SPACE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS FREE
CLASS. First 20 people who sign up will be eligible to join

providing a class on the Elements of Wine Appreciation. Dave
is Member of American Wine Society since 1979; became a
Sommelier in 1982. Instructor in AWS Wine Judge Training Program
since 1990 Judged in numerous amateur and commercial wine
competitions, including Virginia Governors Cup, Maryland
Governors Cup, and Pennsylvania Governors Cup.
